- Warmly welcome and assist guests on arrivalhandle the check-in process, verify guest details, allocate rooms and issue keys in accordance with hotel procedures.- Manage departure proceduresprocess guest check-out, settle bills, collect payments, issue receipts and ensure room keys are returned- Handle room reservations and enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins: record bookings, cancellations, special requests and update the hotels system accordingly.- Provide accurate information about the hotels services, facilities, room types, pricing, promotional offers and local area attractions to guests and visitors.- Maintain the front desk and lobby area: ensure it remains clean, professional, well-stocked with guest information/brochures and reflects the desired image of IRROI HOTEL- Operate telephone switchboard, receive incoming-outgoing calls, direct messages and handle guest mails/packages in line with hotel standards- Monitor guest access and security in the lobby/front desk areaobserve for any irregularities or unauthorized activities and follow hotel security protocols- Ensure correct posting of guest charges, maintain guest folios/accounts, reconcile cash or payment transactions at end of shift and handover smoothly to next duty- Work flexible shifts including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays to ensure front-desk coverage; ensure proper shift handover and maintain logbooks or shift reports.- Stay updated with hotel policies, room inventory status, tariff changes, promotions, and use the property management system (PMS) and other software efficiently.
