Responsibilities:Create and maintain accurate seed lists for email marketing campaigns.Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of seed data to improve campaign deliverability and effectiveness.Test, monitor, and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimization.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and refine email marketing strategies.Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all seeds and campaign activities.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Arts (preferred).Fresh graduates from the 2024 or 2025 batch are encouraged to apply.Female candidates only.

Make outbound calls to customers to promote services.Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services.Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.Any degree or equivalent qualification is recommended but not mandatory.Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Meet or exceed monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
