-Greet walk-in customers at the showroom and understand their vehicle needs.-Maintain accurate lead records in CRM systems (e.g., DMS / AutoCRM).-Coordinate test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and appointments with Sales Consultants.-Provide detailed product information, offers, and finance options to customers.-Ensure timely communication of any delays or changes in delivery.-Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.-Support in organizing customer engagement events, product launches, or showroom campaigns.-Liaise with the sales, finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth transaction flow.-Track customer satisfaction scores and report to the CRM / Sales Manager.
