We are looking for an experienced Female Spa Manager(Female candidates only) to manage entire Spa operations at our Spa Nation in Bengaluru.Her responsibilities include but not limited to greeting welcome guests, answer calls, assisting guests on spa services, booking appointments, and charge appropriately for the services availed.Supervising all store operations like scheduling, training, ordering supplies, opening and closing store and keeping a record of the cash register and cash deposits.Solid understanding of hospitality management and methods to ensure customer satisfaction.She will recruit, train, supervise team and terminate, incase of poor performance or failing to follow Spa guidelines.Maintain standards of excellence, interfacing with guests and staff.Upheld the ambience and appearance of spa and treatment rooms.Target local clientele; plan and execute all local marketing, PR, and promotional events.Effectively coordinated all spa operations on a daily basis to ensure a smooth, successful operation.Generate successful marketing ideas by determining opportunities.Responsible for hiring new employees for the spa.Create and implement a performance-based employee recognition program that increased productivity by motivating Massage Therapists to strive to work to their full potential.Provide the highest quality guest service and resolved all guest concerns beyond their satisfaction.Reduced costs by monitoring supply usage and changing maintenance service providers.Develope new customer relations through telephone and personable contact and sales activity.Manage and assist in all areas of administrative work including data entry, receptionist duties.
