Key Roles and Responsibilities Operational Responsibilities Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed delivery expectations. Manage SAP approvals related to department activities, including Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt Notes, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Sales Orders. Oversee the 4M aspects of Plant operations Man, Machine, Material, and Method. Increase production capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs and maintaining high quality standards. Ensure production output with zero rejection, zero tolerance for quality defects, and on-time delivery. Allocate resources effectively to maximize asset utilization and productivity. Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions as required. Stay updated with the latest production management best practices and concepts. Ensure strict compliance with plant safety procedures and policies. Behavioral Responsibilities Adhere to punctuality, discipline, and organizational norms.
