CTC : As per industry basis of experience & knowledgeResponding to enquiries of all the customers in the most efficient manner1. Regular updates and follow up with Clients / Liners /Shipping lines & Other service providers2. Container booking and placements with various Shipping lines/carriers etc3. Filing VGM , Form 134. Should be well aware with the various stages/procedures involved in Custom clearing & freight forwarding5. Dealing with various transporters for arranging delivery at various CFS after approval of Operations department.6. Regular follow up with internal departments to get updates on client issues.7.
