About the RoleWe are searching for a passionate and driven Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Aamby Valley City. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and innovation.Responsibilities:Develop and implement culinary concepts for our various restaurants and dining venues, catering to diverse palates and international cuisines.Manage and mentor a team of chefs, ensuring their professional development and fostering a positive work environment.Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including menu planning, recipe development, cost control, and inventory management.Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety across all kitchens.Implement and adhere to all health and safety regulations.Stay abreast of current culinary trends and innovations, incorporating them into our menus.Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.Contribute to the overall success of the F&B department by exceeding guest expectations and maximizing profitability.Qualifications:Hotel ManagementMinimum 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a reputed hospitality establishment, preferably managing multi-cuisine operations.Proven track record of success in menu development, cost control, and kitchen operations management.Strong understanding of international cuisines and culinary trends.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Maximum age of 45 years.Salary and Benefits:We offer a competitive salary package of up to INR 12 LPA, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
