Execution Engineer Graduate Fresher Jobs in Mumbai

Job Profile: To co ordinate the site work at various sites in the field of swimming pool (installation & commissioning)Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.Desired Experience: 1-3 years Experience background/Job profile: Knowledge of plumbing particularly uPVC, open as well concealed, underground piping, installation of pumps and filters, site co-ordination with client, contractor and organization, handling and monitoring contractors. Scheduling and forecasting of site activity. Desired skills: Should be able to read and understand AutoCad drawings. Experience in swimming pool sector is desired but not mandatory. Must be able to effectively communicate with client and understand his requirement. He should be able to communicate with site team, (plumbers, helpers, electricians). He will be required to handle sites at multiple locations. He should be able to co-ordinate with office for material requirement at sites.Work location: Various sites in and around Mumbai.

To coordinate for procurement, check and inspect all the material bought on site for construction as per approved material list.Day to day complete supervision as per the consultant's recommendations & drawings and control over the workmanship of different vendors and agencies connected with our project.Onsite coordination with consultant's representative, client and different vendors.To ensure quality of the work with safety at site.To take all the measurements and quantities required for the running bills of the project.Examine and be thoroughly familiar with the drawings, specifications, Bar charts etc. to carry out the daily activities.Anticipate work to be put in hand, and endeavour to ensure that all necessary drawings and information are available at the site when required.To maintain records for all the activities done on site with the checklist and plan for upcoming site activities.To identify and carry out the sequence of activities as per the approved method statements.To maintain and send daily activity reports to Sr. Engineer/ Manager.Should be aware of BBS & Quantity estimation.Should have sound knowledge of Waterproofing & Structural repair work.Please submit correct information in the candidate information form.
