Job Title: Commissioning Engineer Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)Department: Operations & MaintenanceLocation: Anywhere in India Job Purpose:To ensure smooth commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs), ensuring treated water meets environmental standards. The role involves on-site coordination, chemical handling, troubleshooting, and client interaction for successful handover and continued performance.Key Responsibilities:1.. Commissioning Activities:Conduct pre-commissioning checks, flushing, testing, and trial runs.Execute system start-up, monitor parameters, and stabilize operations.2. Operational Management:Operate the plant as per standard procedures and ensure compliance with environmental norms.Record daily operational parameters like flow, pH, COD, BOD, TSS, etc.Maintain chemical dosing systems and ensure chemical stock levels.3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical/electrical/chemical systems.Identify and resolve operational issues and report major faults.Key Skills Required:Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes (physical, chemical, biological).Familiarity with lab instruments and chemical analysis techniques.Hands-on experience in ETP start-up, troubleshooting, and O&M.Qualifications:Education: Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry / Environmental Science / Industrial Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or related field.

Experience Required : 5 Years Educational Qualification : Diploma, B.E, B.Tech,M.Tech (Mechanical) M.B.A/PGDM, (Marketing ) Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the water and wastewater treatment industry (municipal, industrial, and commercial sectors).Generate inquiries and convert them into profitable projects through effective proposal management, client negotiations, and closing.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with government bodies, industrial clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and other key stakeholders.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the companys presence in assigned regions or market segments.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.Collaborate with the technical, proposals, and execution teams to prepare effective solutions, technical proposals, and commercial offers.Participate in industry exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote company services and enhance market visibility.Regularly report on sales pipeline, forecast, market intelligence, and business development initiatives to senior management.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of water treatment, wastewater treatment, effluent treatment plants (ETP), sewage treatment plants (STP), zero liquid discharge (ZLD), reverse osmosis (RO), and related systems.Proven ability to drive business growth and manage complex sales cycles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze market dynamics and develop effective growth strategies.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Job Description:Enriched Experience and responsible for basic design and proposal making of WTP, DM Plant, ETP, STP,UF,RO, Softener.Studying & preparing a cost-effective design and Knowledge of CADCarrying out Design Calculations for WTP (Filters, Softener, DM, RO, UF etc.), Unit process and STP (MBBR, SBR, MBR etc.), ETP etc.Preparation or support in P&ID and General Arrangement drawings.Should Deep Knowledge of Effluent Recycling Plant for Industrial sectors like, Foods & Beverages, Distilleries, Paper mills, Sugar, Dairy Industry, & Breweries, Pharmaceuticals, TextilesThe Person who can relocate at Faridabad ( Haryana) need to apply.Roles and Responsibilities :Study of Enquiry, Design, Preliminary drawing, estimation, vendor, offer preparation, other work given by Team.Discussion on proposed scheme for customer with concern sales Team.To understand the requirements of clientPreparation of design and offer as per the design guidelines freezed by companyPreparation of necessary drawings/getting drawing from drawing departmentto send enquiries to supplier / vendors for quotation.Making technical proposal, presentations and demonstrating how a system works.To have techno-commercial discussions with the client on offer/proposal.Get approval from AM /DM/sales person before submission..traveling to visit potential clients.Understanding clients specified and desired requirement.coordinating with the Support section, communicating clients needs.Collecting and compiling information on all potential customers.Maintenance of recordsStorage/preservation/disposal of documentsTo be made safe way available to retrieve the dataTo maintain own records of work done on daily basisto make available for any information which required by sales team during discussion with customerSupporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.to carry out any works as & when given by department head.
