As an Accounts and Payroll Associate, you will assist in maintaining financialrecords, processing payroll, and supporting various accounting functions. This is anexcellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and payroll processes.Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and databases. Support the preparation of monthly financial statements. Process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees. Verify and reconcile payroll discrepancies. Assist in the preparation of tax-related documents and reports. Provide support for audits and financial reporting. Collaborate with team members on various accounting projects. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and financial matters.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or pursuing a degree). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
