Quality Control: Regularly inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies. Make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.nn3. Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance on the VMC machines to keep them in good working condition, including cleaning and lubricating parts.nn4. Documentation: Maintain proper records of production, including quantities produced and any issues encountered during the machining process.nn5. Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and ensure efficient workflow.nnRequired Skills and Expectations:nnThe ideal candidate should have 1 to 7 years of experience in operating VMC machines. A minimum of a 10th-grade education is required. The ability to read technical drawings and understand machining processes is essential.
