Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, market research, digital outreach, and referrals within Nashik and its surrounding areas.Direct Sales & Client Engagement: Conduct initial meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively articulating our value proposition and addressing client needs.Sales Target Achievement: Consistently work towards and achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the assigned territory.Market Research & Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in Nashik to identify new opportunities, refine sales pitches, and inform marketing strategies.Client Relationship Management: Initiate and nurture professional relationships with potential and existing clients to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand-building activities (e.g., product launches, seminars, digital campaigns).Content & Collateral Contribution: Provide input for the creation of sales and marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, social media content) by sharing market insights and client feedback.Digital Marketing Support (if applicable): Assist with basic digital marketing tasks such as social media engagement, email campaigns, or updating website content, under the guidance of the marketing team.Quotation & Proposal Assistance: Aid in the preparation of sales quotations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and marketing activities, client interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on performance.Feedback Loop: Act as a crucial link between customer insights from the field and internal product/service development teams.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the core sales team, marketing team, and other departments (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient project execution.Communication (Local Emphasis): Communicate confidently and persuasively with potential clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues in Marathi and Hindi. Basic English may be required for formal reports, system interactions, or communication with non-Marathi/Hindi speaking colleagues.Travel: Be willing to travel regularly within Nashik and nearby districts to meet clients, conduct market visits, and attend events.
