Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Relevant certifications in building maintenance or HVAC systems.Experience in hotel maintenance or a similar industry.Knowledge of building automation systems and energy management practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with hotel operations and regulatory requirements.
