Crisis Management: Handle emergencies effectively by making swift decisions and adapting to rapidly changing situations.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must hold a Post Graduate degree in medicine with a specialization in emergency medicine. Strong clinical skills, especially in critical care management, are essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and their families. A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest emergency care practices is vital.
