Clinical Duties- Monitor and manage admitted patients on a daily basis.- Perform initial assessment, examination, and documentation of patients.- Implement treatment plans as advised by consultants.- Respond promptly to medical emergencies in the ward.- Write progress notes, treatment orders, and discharge summaries.2. Patient Care & Safety- Ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.- Monitor vital signs, investigations, and patient progress.- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and infection control guidelines.- Provide basic counseling to patients and relatives regarding treatment plans.3. Coordination & Communication- Coordinate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.- Communicate changes in patient condition to senior doctors promptly.- Participate in ward rounds and clinical discussions.4. Administrative Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and complete medical records.- Assist in medico-legal documentation when required.- Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and ethical guidelines.Qualifications & Experience- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.- Registration with State Medical Council / MMC.- 02 years of experience in a hospital setting (Freshers may apply).Skills & Competencies- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies calmly.- Team-oriented with a patient-centric approach.- Basic computer skills for EMR and documentation.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
