Clinical Duties- Monitor and manage admitted patients on a daily basis.- Perform initial assessment, examination, and documentation of patients.- Implement treatment plans as advised by consultants.- Respond promptly to medical emergencies in the ward.- Write progress notes, treatment orders, and discharge summaries.2. The Casualty Resident Medical Officer (RMO) at a hospital provides immediate medical care to patients in the emergency department.
