Sr. Team Manager / Team Leader Responsible For Heading and Running Team. Handling a team of RM, Sales Manager, Team leads, and Equity Dealer. Strategizing and promoting business development initiatives in the region. Responsible for managing and developing new branches across region. Assisting clients with regards to their Investments in Equity, commodity, currency & other 3rd party products including MF and Insurance. Ensuring Cross Selling Of All Products (equities, Derivatives, Mf Sales And IPO Sales Etc) To Existing Clients. Co-ordinate with Regional heads & cluster Managers for management discussion. Building relationships with the client & educating them about Investments if required. Accelerating client base

Place of Work: Trade, warehouse and production premises of the cooperativeKind of work: Security guards of a warehouse, a trading floor of a cooperative supermarketContract Period: 1 year with prolongationWorking Hours: 8 hrs per day, 5 days/week (180-200 hrs per month). (Shift starts from 6 AM) There are also night shifts.Responsibilities at work: The work of a security guard for retail space and warehouses consists of: general protection of the perimeter and protection of internal premises, protection of the property of the cooperative in the trading floor and in warehouse premises. control of customers (an extremely delicate form of communication and attitude towards customers) and employees, maintaining warehouses clean and tidy, detaining violators of public order, detaining persons found in theft (in absolutely evidentiary cases) other duties arising from the employment contract.Employee requirements: Age 21-45. men. physically strong. good looking. preferably with experience in similar work. Letters of recommendation are welcome.
