Installation and WiringWiring and Systems: Install, maintain, and modify electrical power systems, wiring, lighting, and control systems.Component Setup: Connect electrical components and equipment, including circuit breakers, outlets, switches, and various fixtures, ensuring they are correctly installed and functional.Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.2. Maintenance and RepairTroubleshooting: Diagnose and fix electrical issues using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.Repair and Replacement: Repair or replace faulty electrical equipment, wiring, or components, including ballasts, transformers, and electrical motors.Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance on electrical systems to prevent potential failures and ensure longevity.3. Safety and ComplianceCode Adherence: Ensure all installations and repairs meet local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC) and safety standards.Safety Protocols: Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Inspection: Conduct inspections of electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair.
