We are looking for an Electrical Site Supervisor in Bhopal with 0 to 2 years of experience. The candidate should have completed I.T.I. and be willing to work full-time in the office. Key Responsibilities:- Oversee Electrical Installations: Supervise all electrical installations on-site to ensure they meet safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications. - Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with electricians and contractors to coordinate tasks, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently, while addressing any issues that may arise.- Inspect Work: Regularly inspect work done by the team to ensure it meets required standards and specifications, providing guidance to correct any deficiencies.- Report Progress: Keep track of project progress and report to management, highlighting any challenges or delays, and suggesting solutions to keep the project on schedule.- Maintain Safety Standards: Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed on-site to protect workers and prevent accidents, actively promoting a culture of safety.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical systems and installations.
