Electrical and Instrumentation engineering, with a strong focus on water and wastewater treatment. Perform design and develop documents like Power Schematics, Control Schematics, Industrial control /power Panel Design, GA drawing, Panel Layout and Loop Diagrams.

Candidate will carry out below,1. Co-ordination for instrumentation design and datasheet preparation for process lines.2. Coordinate and schedule for material planning.3. Preparation of costing and comparison sheets for instruments.4. BOM and BOQ for instruments and panels.5. Regularly inspect and document.6. Cost control over on-going projects and spares orders.7. Provide costing for capital and upgradation/service orders.8. Manage workflow of all on-going projects.9. Regularly audit work being done and customer meetings to ensure all standards are met.

Job Description (HVAC Electrical & Instrumentation Design Engineer)1. Experienced Electrical Design Engineer for HVAC System2. Report to Engineering Department Electrical Manager. 3. Complete project independently from Receive Projects specification, Design, Issue and submit drawing, Update the comments from client, FAT, SAT. 4. Issue Wiring Diagram & Termination Drawing for HVAC Control Panel, Include Chiller Unit, Air Condenser Unit, AHU, Cold Room Provision Plant by use Auto Cad software.5. Issue Documentation for Electrical & Instruments. Include Block Diagram, Control Philosophy, Cause & Effect Control Philosophy, Power Loading List, FAT testing procedure, Control Panel General Arrangement Drawing, Junction Box Drawing.6. Choose electrical element and Instrument based on project requirement. 7. Use Siemens S7-400 PLC to do the HVAC System PLC program. Experience in CPU Redundancy, Modbus Communication Redundancy. 8. Use S7-1200 PLC to do the HVAC Control System PLC program9. Use Siemens HMI software to do the Touch Screen Program.10. Fully understood HVAC System D&ID, P&ID.11.
