job responsibility:
• obtain/assimilate relevant design input from lead engineer and others in project and incorporate in the deliverables.
• ensure preparation of design deliverables with due consideration for applicable codes & standards.
• ensure prompt coordination with the other engineering disciplines.
• ensure appropriate checking & review of all documents / drawings before release at any revision status.
• assist lead in work planning, progress monitoring and adherence to scheduled completion of engineering documents.
• assist lead engineer in all departmental functions.
• having knowledge of standards and codes, conversant with engineering tools and software’s and with communication skills.
• knowledge of instrument sizing software
• knowledge of studying piping / civil structural & other discipline drawings.
• knowledge of selection of instrument hook-up standards for different type of instruments.
• cad tools experience: trained & worked in autocad/microstation, pds / pdms / e3d, 3d model review software and knowledge of microsoft offices.
skills: autocad, in-tools, instrument items/ equipment calculations, ms-office
