Job Summary The Electrical Engineer is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all electrical operations, maintenance activities, and compliance requirements within the organization. The role ensures optimal equipment performance, safety compliance, cost control, and effective team management.Key Responsibilities1. Department Leadership Lead and manage the electrical maintenance team. Allocate manpower and monitor daily activities. Ensure proper shift planning and resource utilization. Develop team capability through training and guidance.2. Electrical Maintenance & Operations Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems. Monitor performance of transformers, panels, motors, and utilities. Minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting. Maintain electrical drawings and documentation.3.
