Electrical Engineer Graduate Experience Jobs in Guwahati

Hiring for one of the leading construction company in Guwahati. They are highly into technical project works in the field of Civil, Power distribution& transmission, solar and other projects. Minimum 3 Years experience in EPC Govt. Contractors, Civil, Electrical.

1. Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and utilities.2. Ensure that maintenance activities are conducted in a timely manner to minimize downtime and prevent production disruptions.3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance calendar, coordinating with production and other departments to avoid conflicts.4. Oversee the regular maintenance of production equipment, HVAC systems, boilers, and other critical machinery.5. Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.6. Ensure all machines, tools, and instruments are operating within their recommended specifications.7. Ensure that breakdowns are reported, analyzed, and corrective actions are taken promptly.8. Ensure that maintenance practices comply with relevant pharmaceutical industry standards, such as cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and safety protocols.9. Maintain records of all maintenance activities and audits in compliance with regulatory requirements.10. Assist in facility audits and inspections related to maintenance and safety compliance.11. Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance tasks.12. Ensure timely procurement and proper storage of spare parts to prevent delays in maintenance operations.13. Track and monitor the usage of consumables and equipment parts.14. Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks.15. Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, engineering, etc.) to ensure maintenance does not disrupt production schedules.16. Provide training and guidance to the maintenance team on best practices, safety, and operational procedures.17. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.18. Document maintenance schedules, parts used, and machine downtime for performance analysis.

1. An associate degree in drafting2. Experience and training in using CAD and CAE software.3. Familiarity with the principles of engineering.4. The ability to read blueprints or other schematics
