The MEP Engineer will be responsible for securing and managing MEP projects, with compensation tied directly to the value of the projects secured.Key Responsibilities:Project Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential MEP projects through industry connections, networking, and market research. Actively engage with architects, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to secure new business.Design and Consultation: Provide expert MEP design and consultancy services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Ensure that designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and local regulations.Project Management: Oversee the execution of MEP projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest advancements in MEP technology, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
