Key Responsibilities:1.Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with clients/students to understand their academic, career, and personal goals.2.Provide expert guidance and advice on educational programs, courses, and career pathways based on individual needs and aspirations.3.Assist clients/students in developing personalized educational and career plans, including course selection, skill development, and goal setting.4.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients/students.5.Stay updated on industry trends, educational resources, and career opportunities to provide the most relevant and up-to-date information to clients/students.6.Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and client/student progress.Requirements:1.Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Education, or any other field.2.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients/students.3.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.4.Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
