We are looking for an Edm Operator with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Noida Sector 138. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) equipment to produce high-precision parts.The key responsibilities of this role include:- **Operating EDM Machines**: Set up and operate EDM machines to manufacture parts according to specifications, ensuring high precision and quality.- **Monitoring Production**: Continuously monitor the machining process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.- **Quality Checks**: Perform regular inspections and quality checks on finished parts to meet strict tolerances, ensuring all products meet required standards.- **Maintenance of Equipment**: Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of EDM machines to prevent downtime and maintain productivity.- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production outputs, machine performance, and any maintenance performed.Candidates should possess an I.T.I. degree and have a strong background in operating EDM machinery. Attention to detail is essential, alongside good problem-solving skills. Candidates should be proactive and have the ability to work independently or within a team. A solid understanding of engineering drawings and machining processes is required to ensure successful operation. - Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and program wire cutting processes: Design and develop programs to efficiently cut materials using wire cutting machines based on specifications provided.2. Set up and operate wire cutting machines: Calibrate and set up wire cutting machines based on program instructions to ensure accurate cutting of materials.3. Troubleshoot and maintain machines: Identify and resolve issues with wire cutting machines to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.4. Ensure quality control: Implement quality control measures to inspect and verify the accuracy of cuts made by the machines.5. Maintain documentation: Keep detailed records of programs, machine settings, and maintenance activities for future reference.- Required Skills and Expectations:1. We are looking for 1 CNC Programmer Post in Noida Sector 7, with deep knowledge in Elcam, Edm Operator, CNC Programmer, AutoCAD and Required Educational Qualification is : Higher Secondary, Secondary School, I.T.I.

EDM Operator will be responsible for total Wire and Sinker EDM programming, machine setup, operation, maintenance and safety. Programming experience preferred but not required. Ability to work with little supervision and direction. Must have a good attitude, be self -motivated and be able to meet planned time lines.
