Key Responsibilities:- Driving Duties: Safely operate a rickshaw to transport passengers. You must drive responsibly, follow traffic rules, and ensure the comfort and safety of each passenger.- Route Planning: Plan the best routes for each journey. Use local knowledge and navigation tools to avoid traffic and delays, ensuring timely arrivals.- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to passengers. Greet them warmly and assist with any needs during their ride, creating a positive experience.- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly check the rickshaw for safety and cleanliness. Keep the vehicle in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.- Fare Collection: Accurately collect fares after each ride. Understand and communicate fare structures clearly to passengers.Required Skills and Expectations:- Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade. Education helps in effective communication and understanding of instructions.- A valid driving license is essential.
