E-Rickshaw Driver Jobs For Freshers - Chennai

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled rickshaw driver to join our team in Chennai. This full-time position requires someone who is reliable, punctual, and customer-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

- Driving Duties: Safely operate a rickshaw to transport passengers. You must drive responsibly, follow traffic rules, and ensure the comfort and safety of each passenger.

- Route Planning: Plan the best routes for each journey. Use local knowledge and navigation tools to avoid traffic and delays, ensuring timely arrivals.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to passengers. Greet them warmly and assist with any needs during their ride, creating a positive experience.

- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly check the rickshaw for safety and cleanliness. Keep the vehicle in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.

- Fare Collection: Accurately collect fares after each ride. Understand and communicate fare structures clearly to passengers.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Candidates must have completed at least the 10th grade. Education helps in effective communication and understanding of instructions.

- A valid driving license is essential. Experience in driving rickshaws or similar vehicles is a plus, but training may be given to those new to this role.

- Good communication skills are necessary for interacting with passengers and providing them with information.

- You should be punctual, dependable, and capable of handling different situations on the road.

- Being physically fit is important, as the job involves driving for extended periods.
