As an E-commerce Manager, you will play a key role in driving our online sales strategy and enhancing customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Managing Online Store: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.- Product Listing Optimization: Create and maintain engaging product listings, ensuring all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to attract customers.- Sales Analysis: Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for increasing revenue and market share.- Campaign Management: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including promotions and advertisements, to boost visibility and sales.- Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise.- Inventory Management: Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock levels to ensure that products are readily available for customers.To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will help you connect with customers and team members effectively. You should be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A minimum educational qualification of a 12th pass is required, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in this dynamic field. Previous experience in e-commerce is an advantage but not mandatory.

Cataloging & Listings: Creating, updating, and optimizing product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords (A+ content / SEO).Inventory & Order Management: Monitoring stock levels, processing daily orders, and managing returns/claims across all dashboards.Promotions & Advertising: Running platform-specific ads, managing deal participations (e.g., Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival), and setting discounts.Account Health & Compliance: Maintaining high seller ratings, resolving account performance flags, and coordinating with seller support.
