Job Description: Proven experience MS Dynamics Online/365 Solution design experience. MS Dynamics Online/365 development/coding experience. Knowledge/Experience of Solution design methodology cross domain expertise Business Process models, Data management, Application, and Technology/Infrastructure considerations. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) and Power Platform development and configuration, advanced customization C#, JavaScript & JQuery HTML & CSS Expertise in use of key IDE Visual Studio 2019, VS Code Extending Dynamics CRM Online/365 with plugins and complex workflows using C# Extending Dynamics CRM Online/365 with JavaScript Good understanding and use of Web APIs, implementation and testing

Expected Scope of work / Responsibilities: 1. Dynamics 365 CE customizations and configurations (Sales/Customer Service/Field Service/Marketing) 2. Ribbon Customizations, CRM actions, Plug-in, Virtual Entities, Custom Workflows, Integration of AD with CRM, Web API and OData, Business Rules and Business Process Flow 3. Sound programming skills in C#/Java Scripts/HTML Ticket routing and dispatching (ERP and IT infrastructure) 4. Power Platform 5. Exposure in Azure (BLOB's, Queues, Service Bus, Functions, Web jobs, app insights, Key vault, DataHub, Linked in), logic apps with respect to CRM 6. ADX Portals/D365 Portals 7. Microsoft Social Engagement (Face book, linked in integration)
