3. Sound programming skills in C#/Java Scripts/HTML Ticket routing and dispatching (ERP and IT
infrastructure)
4. Power Platform
5. Exposure in Azure (BLOB's, Queues, Service Bus, Functions, Web jobs, app insights, Key vault, Data
Hub, Linked in), logic apps with respect to CRM
6. ADX Portals/D365 Portals
7. Microsoft Social Engagement (Face book, linked in integration)
