Diagnose and treat medical conditions, providing personalized healthcare solutions. Perform routine check-ups, tests, and procedures to ensure patient well-being.Maintain accurate medical records and stay updated on medical advancements.

Diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries, providing appropriate medical interventions and prescriptions.Managing medical emergencies within the workplace, ensuring prompt and effective responses to critical situations.Collaborating with healthcare professionals and specialists for referrals, consultations and further medical investigations.Implementing preventive health measures, such as vaccination programs, health awareness campaigns and ergonomic assessments.Maintaining accurate medical records and confidentiality of employee health information.Participating in developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures. Your tasks:Carry out routine medical examinations, including physical assessments, blood pressure measurements and health screenings.Diagnose and treat common ailments, such as respiratory infections, allergies, minor injuries and gastrointestinal disorders.Respond to medical emergencies, provide immediate care and coordinate with emergency medical services, if required.Monitor and manage chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension and asthma, in collaboration with primary care providers.Maintain accurate and updated employee health information records, including medical histories.

A few of the main duties of a doctor are performing diagnostic tests, recommending specialists for patients, document patient's medical history, and educating patients.Roles and Responsibilities:Identify the medical issues of the residents and support the team to refer the specialities, doctors and hospitalsCo-ordinate with the respective hospital, doctor and the patients related to clinical and medical issues if required.Spend quality time with the residents to understand their physical, psychological, clinical needs, and treat them accordingly.Handle all the clinical and medical related support to the residents and discuss with their family members.Support the clinical team to get the treatment plan for any medical issues of the residents.Need to visit the residents, depends upon the need to provide, and make them feel comfortable related to the clinical areasConvince the residents for the treatment optionsProviding the telephone support related to medical issues to the clinical team at any point of time.Select the other stake holders like Labs, Pharmacies, Physio clinics, other medical consultants, ambulance services, alternative medicine therapies as per the requirements.Visiting the facilities daily and support the clinical team related to any clinical need of the residents at all 4 units (including the new facilities) in ChennaiHandling emergencies and on call servicesOverall responsible for all medical services.Providing all kind of document support to the residents related to health, banking, travelling and death certificate, whenever required.Complete client file documentation timely and participate in monthly review meetings
