Job Summary:We are looking to hire a dedicated and target-driven DRA Certified Collection Executive for our voice-based recovery process. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls to recover overdue payments from customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound collection calls to customers for overdue payments.Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely recovery.Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and collections in the system.Handle customer queries professionally and escalate unresolved issues.Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the team lead/manager.Ensure compliance with RBI norms and follow the Fair Practices Code.Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining good customer relations.Update CRM systems with accurate status reports and payment updates.

Contact customers through calls (for Tele Collection Officers) or visit them in the field (for Field Collection Officers) to recover outstanding dues.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.Follow compliance guidelines while handling customer conversations.Achieve assigned recovery targets within the specified time.Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolutions and escalations.
