System support: Provide technical support and training to users, and help with the day-to-day use of the system. System upgrades: Plan and implement system upgrades and patches. System testing: Develop and implement testing plans for new functionality and software patches. System documentation: Document system configurations and procedures. System reporting: Develop and support reporting tools, and understand reporting needs. System project management: Lead project management for new functionality and process improvement projects. System automation: Use automation and AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and monitor systems.
