The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational mindset and the ability to coordinate various logistical tasks effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily dispatch activities: Manage the entire dispatch process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.- Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents: Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date for compliance and tracking purposes.- Coordinate with transporters and delivery teams: Liaise with external transport partners and in-house delivery personnel to streamline operations.- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries: Monitor shipment progress and address any delays proactively.- Maintain accurate dispatch records: Keep thorough records of all dispatch-related activities for effective reporting and analysis.Required Skills:Candidates must have a graduate degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills are essential to interact with team members and external partners effectively. Familiarity with logistics management systems and tracking software will be beneficial. The role requires attention to detail to maintain accurate records and documentation.This is a full-time position based in the office on Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana.
