Job Responsibilities - CEO Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment withshort-term and long-term objectives Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop ahigh performing managerial team To fix goal of company with achievable objectives within stipulated time frame. Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desiredresults and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increaseprofits Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain thecompanys legality and business ethics Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensurecompany survival and growth Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company Strong understanding of corporate management and performance principles. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management bestpractices An entrepreneurial mind set with outstanding organizational and leadership skills. Quick and strong decision and policy making ability to meet company vision andmission.Requirements Graduation with One year Executive Management Programme from IIM or equivalent. Minimum total experience will be 10 years not more than 20 years in any Industrialsector. Proven experience as senior managerial position in product development & businessplan. Open eye queue to promote an innovative product line as a small scale Industrieswhich having market potential and profitability. Knowledge of ROI within limited source of business capital.
