We need civil site engineer for the supervision for one of the bungalow projects in Vadodara.

Refer Technical Instruction issued by SECON for generation of Drawings as per standard to meet the project requirement Preparation of relevant drawings as per the project requirement and achieve the desirable deliverable progress to meet the deadline/ schedule fixed by the Management. Adopting the administrative and technical practices, methodology for Generation of Drawings as per the instruction and guidance Documentation, Satellite /Image Processing, GIS /GPS Survey Data processing, CAD Conversion and development of GIS compatible maps Computer aided digitization, map generation etc. Care and maintenance of infrastructure including safety of personnel & data Any other work assigned by SECON from time to time.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and experience in executing construction projects.Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Site Supervision: Monitor construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Structural Design & Analysis: Assist in designing, reviewing, and approving structural drawings and blueprints. Material & Cost Estimation: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and resource allocation plans for projects. Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards. Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborate with architects, contractors, clients, and government authorities for project approvals and smooth execution. Problem-Solving: Address on-site challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project reports, progress updates, and necessary documentation.Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or a related field. Experience: Minimum [4] years in civil engineering, site management, or construction projects. Technical Knowledge: Expertise in construction methods, materials, and project execution. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and other relevant engineering tools. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to assess issues and provide technical solutions effectively. Communication & Leadership: Strong communication, team coordination, and leadership skills. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, safety regulation
