Hiring For Project Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee construction projects, ensure structural integrity, and manage on-site operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and experience in executing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Project Planning & Execution: Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

€¢ Site Supervision: Monitor construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

€¢ Structural Design & Analysis: Assist in designing, reviewing, and approving structural drawings and blueprints.

€¢ Material & Cost Estimation: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and resource allocation plans for projects.

€¢ Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.

€¢ Coordination with Stakeholders: Collaborate with architects, contractors, clients, and government authorities for project approvals and smooth execution.

€¢ Problem-Solving: Address on-site challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.

€¢ Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project reports, progress updates, and necessary documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

€¢ Education: Bachelor€™s degree in Civil Engineering (./) or a related field.

€¢ Experience: Minimum [4] years in civil engineering, site management, or construction projects.

€¢ Technical Knowledge: Expertise in construction methods, materials, and project execution.

€¢ Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, MS Project, and other relevant engineering tools.

€¢ Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to assess issues and provide technical solutions effectively.

€¢ Communication & Leadership: Strong communication, team coordination, and leadership skills.

€¢ Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, safety regulation
