we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented civil engineer to oversee construction projects, ensure structural integrity, and manage on-site operations. the ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and experience in executing construction projects.

key responsibilities:

project planning & execution: oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

site supervision: monitor construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

structural design & analysis: assist in designing, reviewing, and approving structural drawings and blueprints.

material & cost estimation: prepare cost estimates, budgets, and resource allocation plans for projects.

quality control & safety compliance: ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.

coordination with stakeholders: collaborate with architects, contractors, clients, and government authorities for project approvals and smooth execution.

problem-solving: address on-site challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.

documentation & reporting: maintain project reports, progress updates, and necessary documentation.

qualifications & skills:

education: bachelors degree in civil engineering (./) or a related field.

experience: minimum [4] years in civil engineering, site management, or construction projects.

technical knowledge: expertise in construction methods, materials, and project execution.

software skills: proficiency in autocad, staad pro, ms project, and other relevant engineering tools.

problem-solving & decision-making: ability to assess issues and provide technical solutions effectively.

communication & leadership: strong communication, team coordination, and leadership skills.

regulatory knowledge: familiarity with building codes, safety regulation
