Maintain and optimize the companys website and social media profiles. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI. Manage online reputation, respond to customer reviews and inquiries, and ensure a positive digital presence. Hands on experience in Content creation, video editing and poster designs. Retail Operations Support Regularly monitor and ensure the proper functioning of billing software at all shop locations. Conduct periodic stock verification and coordinate with store managers to ensure inventory accuracy. Collaborate with shop teams to implement in-store promotions and drive digital-to-retail conversions. Travel & Coordination Travel up to 25% of the time to visit shop locations for audits, staff training, and campaign rollouts.
