As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our academy's educational programs and services to parents and guardiansResponsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective parents to introduce them to our academy and its offerings. Provide detailed information about our curriculum, facilities, and educational philosophy. Answer inquiries regarding admission procedures, fees, and other relevant information. Manage office supplies inventory. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Maintain and update administrative databases and records. Explain the course details to parents. Schedule appointments for interested parents to visit the academy and meet with our counselors. Follow up with prospective parents via phone calls or emails to encourage enrollment. Maintain accurate records of interactions with parents and update the CRM system. Achieve monthly enrollment targets while ensuring high standards of customer service.Requirements: Excellent communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanor.
