Key Responsibilities:- Fabricate Tools and Dies: Create precision tools and dies using different materials, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.- Read Technical Drawings: Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand the specifications and requirements for the tools and dies being produced.- Set Up Machines: Prepare and set up machines used in manufacturing tools and dies, ensuring all equipment is in good working conditions.- Perform Quality Checks: Regularly inspect tools and dies during and after production to ensure they meet precise standards and are free from defects.- Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve any problems that arise in the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.- Maintain Equipment: Ensure all tools and machinery are regularly maintained and repaired to provide a safe and efficient work environment.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess strong technical skills and a solid understanding of machining processes.
