Fresher - Tool & Die Maker-Only For Nashik Candidates

We are looking for a Tool & Die Maker to join our team in Nashik. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience and a diploma in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabricate Tools and Dies: Create precision tools and dies using different materials, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.

- Read Technical Drawings: Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand the specifications and requirements for the tools and dies being produced.

- Set Up Machines: Prepare and set up machines used in manufacturing tools and dies, ensuring all equipment is in good working conditions.

- Perform Quality Checks: Regularly inspect tools and dies during and after production to ensure they meet precise standards and are free from defects.

- Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve any problems that arise in the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.

- Maintain Equipment: Ensure all tools and machinery are regularly maintained and repaired to provide a safe and efficient work environment.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess strong technical skills and a solid understanding of machining processes. Experience with hand tools and machining equipment is essential.
