Our Products are CE certified and meet all the requirements of recognized European harmonized performance and safety standardbreds.A thread rolling machine operator in a screw manufacturing company is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining thread rolling machines to produce screws with precise threads. This role requires a strong understanding of machine operation, quality control, and safety procedures. Setting up and operating thread rolling machines (flat die or planetary) to produce screws according to specifications. Tooling Management :Selecting and installing appropriate tooling (rollers, dies) for each job, ensuring they are in good working condition. Performing routine maintenance on the machines and replacing worn dies or rollers as needed. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures. Overall responsible for Projects Department. Monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of the HVAC system like chiller, AHU unit, FCU unit, chilled water pump, VRF, Package Ductable unit etc. , Co-ordination with Purchase department for the timely delivery of material on sites. Formulating operating budgets and managing overall operations for executing projects within cost & time norms Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize output Designing the HVAC System inhouse and evaluating the BOQs, estimates and drawings submitted by consultants & contractors Managing the bidding process. Coordination with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparing tender / contract documents, cost estimates, including billing, variation/ deviation proposals, claims, etc. Managing the Invoicing process and getting the payments from clients. Submission of MIS Reports Responsible for handling HVAC Sites for the execution as per bar chart. Knowledge of Head Load, Equipment Selection, Preparation of BOQ. Good working knowledge of HVAC Sites and evaluating the Drawings, BOQs, estimates etc. Coordination with Consultants, Architects, clients & contractors. Ensuring satisfactory execution of the HVAC system like chiller, AHU unit, FCU unit, chilled water pump, VRF, Package Ductable unit etc. , Co-ordination with Purchase department for the timely delivery of material on sites. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time and effective resource utilization to maximize output. Knowledge of AutoCAD. Submission of MIS Reports. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: To prepare product label as per FSSAI requirements, should be expert in obtaining ingredient declaration and nutritional value of food. To handle and analyze product BOM (Bill of Materials) and ensuring distribution and implementation of same on shop floor. To coordinate in product trials and collection of product data for determination of product specifications To ensure systems of robust line/ equipment clearance, verification of control points like CCPs, OPRPS Highlighting process deviations impacting quality at early stages is continuously required to ensure product safety Preparation of product release COAs (Certificate of Analysis) with inclusion of all required product specific parameters and ensuring them as per defined product specifications Will be accountable for compliance to all related company policies & guidelines and site SOPs To ensure timely corrective action on non-conformities appearing in the system and constitute preventive actions to eliminate recurrence of non-conformities Monitoring the cleaning, hygienic and Pest Control activities in the plant To assists in preparation of customer/statutory/FSMS audits To be engaged in all the food safety activities and documentation as per FSSC 22000 and customer specific FSMS. Responsible for product traceability activity from the end of QA department Responsible for verification of all process reports as per defined process SOPs and specs.
