The QA Manager will lead the Quality Assurance function in our veterinary pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, quality management systems, and company policies while maintaining the highest quality standards across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall Quality Assurance function of the manufacturing plant.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

• Review and approve SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), protocols, reports, and quality documents.

• Monitor in-process quality controls and manufacturing activities.

• Handle deviations, change controls, investigations, CAPA, OOS, OOT, and risk assessments.

• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external customer and regulatory audits.

• Ensure qualification and validation of equipment, utilities, and processes.

• Review and approve validation protocols and reports.

• Ensure proper documentation and data integrity practices.

• Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs to maintain quality standards.

• Lead vendor qualification and quality risk management activities.

• Train employees on GMP, GDP, SOPs, hygiene, and quality systems.

• Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
