Job descriptionRole & responsibilities1. To ensure and Provide valuable inputs from initial project/design development process till Project execution2. Coordination of design development with external Design architects and consultants like structural, MEP, Firefighting, MOEF, Municipal Architect, RCC consultants, Interior designer, Landscape consultants etc.3. Thoroughly checking drawings/ details/documents shared by consultants and reverting them with the corrections/changes required till finalisation stage.4. To ensure approved design drawings are sent to Architect for preparation of plans for municipal approval and coordinate with Architect for the same.5. To ensure working drawings are received from various Consultants like Architects/ Structural engineer/ Electrical/ Plumbing/ Firefighting/ Landscape etc.6. To ensure all drawings required for Construction (GFC) to be obtained from Consultants and sent to Project Department7. Knowledge of Redevelopment project would be preferred with residential / commercial/high-rise projects8. Making Feasibility report or knowledge of the same9. Maintain proper records of drawings and documentation of deliverable10. Periodic site visits for checking progress at site11. Arranging consultant meetings as per requirement.12. Legal & Liasoning: To check offer letters, amenities committed for planning purpose, approved plans, any official documents/ technical details required by them etc.13. Sales: To ensure RERA carpet areas list, Sale areas, plans for agreements, sale plans, 3D views, List of Amenities given to Sales & Marketing Department as required.14. Finance and Accounts: RERA details, RERA certificates, Plans /Documents as per requirement, Providing and explaining municipal details and calculations of the projects, Providing data for areas as per their requirement etc.15. Management: Layout-zoning finalization, Flat ratios, Flat areas requirement, other commitments to owner /tenants, etc. factors to consider for planning and designing purpose, taking important decisions from them related to any project progress.16. This is a full-time on-site role for a Solid Works and AutoCAD Designer for Machines at Swami Samarth PET Industries in Vasai. The designer will be responsible for creating architectural drawings, construction drawings, space planning, and technical drawings on a day-to-day basis

Roles & Responsibilities:1. Design Development & Drafting:Work on AutoCAD and various 3D CAD software to create and modify designs.Develop new designs for different rubber machines and create detailed drafting for each project.Generate assembly, fabrication, and general arrangement (GA) drawings for rubber machines.Create free-hand sketches of machine parts and assemblies as required.2. Component Selection:Select appropriate standard components for machines such as motors, gearboxes, couplings, and pulleys based on project requirements.3. Bill of Materials (BOM):Prepare and maintain detailed bills of materials in CAD software or Excel, ensuring all required parts and materials are documented.4. Inventory & Stock Management:Maintain accurate records of raw materials and casting stock to ensure availability for ongoing and future projects.5. Client Communication:Send General Arrangement (GA) drawings to clients for approval and incorporate any feedback or revisions as needed.6. Manufacturing Coordination:Develop cutting plans for plasma cutting machines to optimize material usage and minimize waste.Collaborate with the production, quality control, and vendor teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to design specifications.7. Documentation & Updates:Ensure all drawings and concepts are kept confidential to protect intellectual property.Update manuals and technical documentation with corrections and new details for completed projects.
