Under the supervision of the Manager - Technical Development, the duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Design, develop, test and document contents based on the requirement provided to them. Preparing detail technical documents that clearly states each and every steps involved in developing single/cross vendors solutions. Highlight the missing steps, values and any inconsistency identified during the proof reading the technical contents such as lab guides, technical guides, presentation decks, etc. Assist and Support trainers and students during a live class, across different regions and time zones. Monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex network and computer system issues, if any. Manage and administer servers, networks, and applications such as DNS, DHCP, FTP, Web, etc., if any.
