Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead Design Projects: Manage and lead interior design projects from initial concept through to completion, including space planning, material selection, colour schemes, and furnishings.Client Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering innovative design solutions that align with their vision and goals.Design Concept Development: Create mood boards, concept designs, and presentation boards to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all design elements are delivered on time and within the allocated budget.Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other design professionals to ensure that all aspects of the design are executed to the highest standards.Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to foster their professional development.Vendor Coordination: Source and liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with design specifications.Quality Control: Conduct site visits to ensure that design specifications are being adhered to and that the quality of work meets the highest standards.Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, new materials, and technologies to ensure that designs remain contemporary and innovative.

Responsibilities for Sr Merchandiser Profile:-Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers expectations and companys objectivesAnalyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stockCollaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scalesMaximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriatelyProduce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventoryForecast profits/sales and plan budgetsMonitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etcBuild constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsRemain up to date with industrys best practices
