The ideal candidate will ensure that store designs align with brand standards and customer experience goals while managing contractors, timelines, materials, and on-site activities.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Supervision & Execution:o Oversee on-site execution of store interior designs according to approved plans and specifications.o Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects.o Monitor quality, safety, and compliance during site execution. Design Implementation:o Interpret and execute design blueprints, layouts, and 3D models provided by the design team or consultants.o Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and space functionality. Project Coordination:o Schedule and supervise site work including carpentry, electrical, lighting, painting, and fixture installation.o Liaise with internal teams (operations, procurement, marketing) to support store openings or renovations.o Track project progress and report regularly to management. Material & Vendor Management:o Verify delivery of materials and ensure their proper use and installation.o Work with procurement to source quality materials within budget.o Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines. Problem Solving:o Address and resolve on-site challenges and discrepancies between design and execution.o Make informed decisions when modifications are required, keeping design integrity intact.________________________________________Requirements: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. Experience: 3 - 5 years in interior design execution or site supervision, preferably in retail or commercial environments. Skills:o Strong understanding of interior design principles and construction processes.o Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).o Excellent project coordination and communication skills.o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, etc.).o Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.________________________________________Preferred Qualifications: Experience in multi-store retail projects. Knowledge of sustainable and modern design trends. Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes.________________________________________Work Conditions: Frequent travel to store sites. Ability to work extended hours during store launches or renovation periods.
