The candidate will support manufacturing, production planning, machine operations, quality control, drawing interpretation, and process improvement activities.## Key Responsibilities* Read and understand mechanical drawings, dimensions, and specifications.* Support production and manufacturing activities.* Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, and Maintenance teams.* Monitor production processes and ensure work is carried out as per specifications.* Assist in preparing production reports, inspection reports, and other technical documents.* Perform basic calculations related to dimensions, materials, weight, and production requirements.* Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and production-related problems.* Ensure proper use of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.* Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.* Assist in maintaining machine, tooling, and production records.* Participate in process improvement and productivity enhancement activities.* Support preventive maintenance and basic machine-related activities when required.## Required Skills* Good knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.* Knowledge of Engineering Drawing and GD&T is an advantage.* Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC, VMC, machining, fabrication, etc.* Knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection methods.* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.* Good communication and teamwork skills.* Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.## Preferred Knowledge* AutoCAD / SolidWorks or other CAD software.* CNC/VMC machining knowledge.* Production planning and control.* Quality inspection and documentation.* Basic knowledge of ISO / quality systems.## Eligibility* B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.* Freshers are welcome to apply.* Candidates with 0-2 years of relevant manufacturing experience may also apply.## Key Performance Areas* Production efficiency* Product quality* Technical documentation* Timely completion of assigned tasks* Process improvement* Safety compliance* Team coordination

Who can design mechanical machinery, gearboxes, pneumatic, hydraulic etc.

Key Responsibilities:1. Develop detailed CAD drawings and models of parts and components based on provided samples and specifications.2. Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings, ensuring adherence to design standards and specifications.3. Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles to ensure the functionality, manufacturability, and quality of designed components.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and production staff, to refine designs and resolve design-related issues.5. Proficiently use Siemens NXCAD for part modelling, assembly, mold design, drafting, and CAD/CAM programming as needed.6. Conduct design reviews to ensure designs meet performance requirements, manufacturing capabilities, and cost targets.7. Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing and production teams during the fabrication and assembly process.8. Maintain accurate documentation and records of design iterations, revisions, and specifications.9. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.- Proven experience in CAD design, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Siemens NXCAD.- Strong knowledge and understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) principles.- Experience in CAD/CAM programming is a plus.- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
