We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team at our Sachin GIDC location.Key Responsibilities:- Design Mechanical Systems: Create detailed designs for mechanical systems and components using CAD software, ensuring they meet performance requirements and specifications.- Conduct Analysis: Perform calculations and simulations to analyze the performance of designs, predicting how they will function under different conditions.- Prototype Development: Oversee the prototyping process, collaborating with the manufacturing team to build and test prototypes for functionality and durability.- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of designs, modifications, and analyses, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality guidelines.- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other engineering disciplines, product managers, and production teams to integrate mechanical designs smoothly into projects.Required Skills and Expectations:- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create and modify designs efficiently.- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.- Ability to conduct detailed analysis and simulations to predict design performance.- Solid problem-solving skills to troubleshoot design issues and implement solutions effectively.- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments, ensuring smooth project progress.- Willingness to work full-time from the office, with an eagerness to contribute to team success.
