Key Responsibilities3D Modeling & 2D Drafting: Develop highly precise 3D part and assembly models using industry-standard CAD software. Convert these models into detailed, production-ready 2D manufacturing drawings with clear geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).Structural & Simulation Analysis: Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to simulate stress, thermal expansion, fatigue, and fluid flow. Use this data to validate designs before physical prototyping.DFM & DFA Implementation: Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
